Customer Service


Datamarine customer service is second to none. We strive to keep our turn around time to a week or less. Part orders placed before 2pm will ship the same day if items are in stock. We have numerous parts and pieces around to repair most units we have made since the mid 70’s so if your unit has failed before you throw it out send it in and we most likely can still repair at a reasonable cost. If for some reason your unit cannot be repaired we will return it to you with no cost to you.

We have new units in stock and more being produced. We have a few ideas for new products in the works so you might want to check back for updates. We carry an array of accessories, spare parts and transducers. Please refer to the parts page for part numbers and pricing. Most items are always in stock. If you do not see the item you need please contact us for assistance as we most likely have what you need.

Repair Policy:
Please include your name, address, daytime phone number and a description of problem. Repairs are generally under $100.00 per unit. If repairs are under $100.00 we will just go ahead and make the repair and charge to your credit card. If repairs are over $100.00 we will contact you for approval before we do the repairs. We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard or Visa.
